You can browse every page of this site without giving us any personal information. We collect information only when you choose to send it to us:

• Free-class and founding-list requests: your name, one way to reach you (email address or phone number), the program you're interested in, and any message you type. If you tick the text-message box we also record that consent.
• Careers and press enquiries: your name, contact details and the message you send.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to keep the site secure and available. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to build profiles.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Memberships are set up in person or through a payment provider whose own privacy notice will be shown to you at that time.

• To reply to your request and schedule your free class or confirm your place on the founding list.
• To answer careers and press enquiries.
• To keep the website secure and to diagnose problems.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked for them, and every message includes a way to opt out.

If you give us a mobile number and tick the text-message box, we may send you a message to confirm or reschedule your class. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of training with us.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and the gym, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this website and stores form submissions on our behalf in the United States.
• Our email provider — used to reply to you.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our members and staff.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers, embedded social widgets or external fonts. See the Cookie Policy for the full list of what is (and isn't) stored in your browser. Because we do not track visitors across other sites, we do not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals — there is nothing to turn off.

Free-class and founding-list requests are kept for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, or deleted sooner on request. If you become a member, your membership records are kept for the life of your membership plus the period California law requires us to retain contract records (currently at least three years).

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email or write to us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days. California residents may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; if we become subject to the CCPA we will update this policy with the required disclosures.

Our youth programs are for ages 6–17, but this website is not directed at children. Youth registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS only, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to stored submissions is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will notify you as California law requires.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the site for 30 days.
