• One free introductory class per person, for first-time visitors aged 18 or over, or ages 6–17 when accompanied by a parent or guardian who completes the waiver.
• Class times are subject to availability and are confirmed by a coach; requesting a class does not guarantee a specific time.
• Everyone who trains must complete the liability waiver and a short health screening before their first session.
• The offer has no cash value and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Joining the founding list is free and creates no obligation on you or on us. It reserves your place to be offered the founding rate before opening. No payment is collected through this website, and no membership begins until you sign a membership agreement.

The CFC name, logo and all site content are owned by Cerritos Fitness Center or used with permission. Photography and video on this site were produced for CFC; they are not stock images and may not be reused without written permission.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Combat sports and strength training carry a risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting any new program, tell your coach about injuries or conditions, and stop if something hurts.
