Six disciplines. One standard.

Every program at CFC is coached, not supervised. Beginners learn the same fundamentals the fight team drills, at an intensity that fits where they are today.

The complete game

MMA

The complete game. MMA at CFC blends striking, wrestling and submissions into one system, taught the way Antonio built fighters for two decades: fundamentals first, pressure second, and no shortcuts on either.

A typical class

  1. 01Warm-up and movement (10 min)
  2. 02Technique block — one striking and one grappling concept per session
  3. 03Positional drilling with a partner
  4. 04Situational rounds at controlled intensity
  5. 05Conditioning finisher and cool-down

Who it's for

Adults 18+ at every level. Beginners drill with the same coaches as the fight team; sparring is always optional and only with coach approval.

Gear

  • MMA gloves (7 oz) or 16 oz boxing gloves
  • Mouthguard
  • Shin guards for sparring days
  • Rash guard and shorts without pockets or zippers

The foundation

Wrestling

The foundation. Wrestling decides where a fight happens. These classes build takedowns, takedown defense, top control and the conditioning to keep them working in round three.

A typical class

  1. 01Stance, motion and hand-fighting
  2. 02Shot mechanics: single, double, high-crotch and finishes
  3. 03Front headlock and scramble positions
  4. 04Live goes with short, high-quality rounds

Who it's for

Adults of all levels and youth wrestlers looking to sharpen their base. No prior experience required.

Strike with intent

Kickboxing

Strike with intent. Footwork, combinations and pad rounds that sharpen power and precision — built for fighters and for people who want the best conditioning class in the building.

A typical class

  3. 03Heavy-bag rounds
  4. 04Technical sparring for approved members only

Who it's for

Adults of every level. The fitness track never requires contact; the fighter track adds sparring with coach approval.

The ground game

Jiu-Jitsu

The ground game. Gi and no-gi classes built around positional control, submissions and the calm to think under pressure — the discipline that makes the rest of the game safe.

A typical class

  3. 03Positional sparring from a set position
  4. 04Open rolling for members who are cleared

Who it's for

Adults from day one to black belt. Separate gi and no-gi sessions each week.

Next generation

Youth Program

Next generation. Discipline, confidence and technique for ages 6–17 in a room that takes young athletes seriously — coached by adults who have raised champions.

A typical class

  1. 01Structured warm-up and games (ages 6–9)
  2. 02Wrestling and striking fundamentals
  3. 03Controlled partner drills — no head contact in youth classes
  4. 04Character check-in: respect, effort, discipline

Who it's for

Two groups: Little Lions (6–9) and Youth (10–17). A parent or guardian must complete the registration and waiver and remain reachable during class.

Built different

Strength & Conditioning

Built different. Fight-specific strength, engine work and recovery so your body keeps up with your skills — programmed in blocks, coached in small groups.

A typical class

  1. 01Movement prep and mobility
  2. 02Main strength lift with coaching on technique
  3. 03Fight-conditioning circuit (ropes, sled, bag intervals)
  4. 04Recovery: breathing, stretching, soft-tissue work

Who it's for

Every member. Programs are scaled by ability; a coach sets your starting loads on your first visit.
